A government-issued photo ID, proof of income (recent pay stubs, employment letter, or assistance documentation), references from previous landlords, and a credit check. Most applications are approved within 48 hours of complete submission.
No. Applying to view a property is always free. A standard credit check fee may apply at the formal application stage, but we'll always tell you upfront.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is standard, paid at lease signing. Your first month's rent is due on or before move-in day. We don't ask for last month's rent.
Pet policy varies per property — each listing is clearly tagged. Where pets are allowed, an additional pet deposit may apply. Take the matchmaker quiz and we'll only show you pet-friendly options.
Most leases are 12 months. Some properties offer 6-month or month-to-month options at a slightly higher rate. Ask about flexibility for any specific listing.
You'll have access to a tenant portal to log maintenance requests anytime. Urgent issues (no heat, water leaks, lockouts) get same-day response. Routine repairs are scheduled within 3–5 business days.
